 I can reproduce this only under win32 (not amigaos)

 if you have access to win32 machine, you may try these builds on it:

 http://ffmpeg.arrozcru.org/autobuilds/ffmpeg/mingw32/static/ffmpeg-r23034-swscale-r31135-mingw32-static.7z

 http://ffmpeg.arrozcru.org/autobuilds/ffmpeg/mingw32/static/ffmpeg-r23078-swscale-r31142-mingw32-static.7z

 the first build works correctly. next build and all after it displays
 flickering video (ffplay), so I belive the bug is still there, but because
 of some reasone it is reproductible only under win32
