 Please:
 1) confirm that you are using latest git
 2) confirm that you did "make distclean" before trying anything else
 3) provide your complete configure line
 4) attach config log

 (Note that ./configure --disable-static --enable-shared works fine here
 and that you say your problem is ffplay-related, but you provide a failing
 link command for ffmpeg.)
