Comment (by ami_stuff):

 There are two problems:

 ffmpeg converts the file incorrectly

 and

 ffplay displays the file incorrectly (add black line) because of libsdl
 bug,

 but the real problem here is that ffmpeg can't convert correctly png
 interlaced files.
