 Sorry, I don't currently have a debug version of ffmpeg for windows. I
 spent some time trying to get it to build and will get back to it soon. I
 moved forward and used the provided libraries at
 http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/ for the time being to see if ffmpeg was
 going to meet our needs. In the meantime, the provided sample should be a
 quick download for you. I tried to get it smaller but then it no longer
 crashed.
