 PicTools Apollo program have an "Cleared Least Significant Bits" option
 which can be set to 0-7 while saving jpegls file.

 ffmpeg decodes incorrectly files when the value is set to 1, 2 and 3 (0,
 4, 5, 6, 7 decodes ok)
