 Please check with latest Git head before submitting a bug report. The
 issue your are reporting has been fixed two days ago.

 That does not mean your command will work: it can not, as subtitles in
 your MPEG-TS file are images and ffmpeg does not implement an OCR system.
 But at least it will fail with a clear message:

 }}}
