Done, see j2c_10db24e2-0c6f-4ca2-9af7-a90a3685a0d6-000000.j2c (The tiny
jpg file is here to illustrate what the RGB TIFF source for the JPEG2000
looks like).
The attached MXF is of the kind used worldwide in Digital Cinema. These
MXF variants can be inspected with e.g. asdcplib's tools (see
http://www.cinecert.com/asdcplib/), like
$ asdcp-info j2c_10db24e2-0c6f-4ca2-9af7-a90a3685a0d6_.mxf
which will produce
