 ...just like '-itsoffset offset (input)' which is working for video
 streams only
 so there should be one for audio streams. (-audiooffset ?)
 e.g. to shift an audio stream 10s forward, when it starts 10s earlier than
 the video, to synchronize audio/video in the muxed file.
