 $ ffmpeg -i source_flashsv_bgr24_720x480.flv -qscale 2 -an -vcodec mpeg4
 out1.avi
 $ ffmpeg -i source_flashsv_bgr24_720x480.flv -qscale 2 -an -vcodec mpeg4
 -s 722x480 out2.avi
