Summary of the bug: ffmpeg aborting with assertion "Assertion
track->cluster[0].dts <= 0 failed at libavformat/movenc.c:1708" when
encoding to MOV.
How to reproduce: Sample (truncated) file uploaded to
upload.ffmpeg.org:/incoming/dts-assert.mp4
See command line below and gdb backtrace.
