 cmdline:
 ffmpeg -i infile -vcodec copy -acodec copy -vbsf
 h264_changesps=arg1[/arg2[/arg3]] outfile

 args can be:
 sar=x:y ---- Set sar to x:y, 0:0 will remove sar info
