Comment (by t0t3m):

 The game is Painkiller Hell and Damnation, the decoding errors seem
 related to the white flashes when you collect 64 65 and 66 souls and
 trasform into a demon, every time a Fraps video has that flash recorded
 FFplay and FFmpeg can't decode it properly
