 (for followers, this or similar errors meant "The avcodec-55.def file
 created for a shared avcodec-55.dll in the ffmpeg libavcodec directory is
 created wrong with just defines from some other library that wasn't built
 static, which makes it only pick up those for some reason and so the def
 file is wrong.  This causes the other dlls in ffmpeg to not be created
 when linking against it.)
