 There is already an MPEG-TS muxer in the source. For the requested feature
 this RTP packetizing scheme is needed:

 [RTP]..[MPEG-TS data]

 No additional payload header is needed for MPEG-TS as RTP payload.

 (Martin will add a patch for this.)
