 I experience this issue on ffmpeg 2.1.4 on Fedora 20: streaming to an RTMP
 sink will drop FPS heavily. I can't get beyond 40FPS, on a video encoded
 to 2000kbps CBR, but encoding to a local file gets me perfect 60FPS. Is
 there any know workaround or solution for this?
