 I think we should redirect users to 8k if the -b:a set is less than 8k.
 The ancient FFmpeg set bitrate by the unit of kbps, so a novice user of
 modern FFmpeg may set bitrate like -b:a 128. If something sounds, the user
 may notice that the bitrate set is too low.
