 in the git version of ffmpeg, when configuring, it is unable to find
 fontconfig,even though that is installed in the system.

 $ ./configure --enable-libfreetype --enable-libfontconfig --enable-
 libpulse
 ERROR: fontconfig not found using pkg-config
