 Unfortunately not:
 The sample from ticket #1294 that needs the extradata insertion, the
 sample from ticket #4820 that breaks remuxing (for QT) with the extradata
 inserted and the sample for this ticket all use the same codec_ul
 ("H.264/MPEG-4 AVC Intra") for the 14 bytes we check, the last two bytes
 are different for all three samples.
