 Is that expected? I don't see anything related in [[https://ffmpeg.org
 /ffmpeg-all.html#decklink-1|the documentation]].
 In any case, please use the output option {{{-r}}}, the input option
 {{{-r}}} afaict is supposed to produce a desync issue.
