I believe we can left it to user's choice. Of course LA mode looks better
but for this case I believe the compatibility is more important than
quality.
I believe it is bad idea to use different rate control modes depending by
hardware because same command line on different hardware will produce
different output. It is not good.
And for any case to quality encoding it is necessary to set a rich command
line where LA can be activated additionally too.
