As far as I understand, it should be validly concatenatable if "-x264opts
stitchable=1" is used. This x264 option serves purpose of ensuring that
extradata is the same for any video with given fixed encoder options.
Also, with "-auto_convert 1" I have other errors. But that's different
issue.
