Comment:

 I will reopen this ticket after all because the file decodes correctly
 with the original codec, so maybe it's coding is just not-as-standard-as-
 it-should-be and that's why reference decoder refuses to process it. It
 can't be just encoder's bug, because in this case I would get errors while
 decoding it with original codec, but there are no errors.
