 I had some time. I've added an attachment:

 test.avi - A test input video.
 test-vcodec-copy.avi - Result of "-i test.avi -vcodec copy"; this video is
 flipped.
 test-vcodec-rawvideo.avi - Result of "-i test.avi -vcodec rawvideo"; this
 is the workaround.
