 As english isn't my native language I try again :

 kodi is not build against ffmpeg '''3.1''' but against ffmpeg '''3.0.2'''
 with shared libraries.

 In the repository all packages are build against ffmpeg 3.0.2 and if I
 install ffmpeg 3.1 libraries all packages linked against 3.0.2 are broken
 (like mpv).

 Now if I rebuild these packages (including kodi) against ffmpeg 3.1 then
 this bug is gone.

 Do you see the problem ?
