Yes I know that. The reason for using the filter is that we're calling
FFmpeg programmatically from [https://github.com/soimort/you-get you-get],
where the data streams come from various sources, some of which are ADTS
encapsulated. It's difficult for us to tell beforehand, so the filter is
applied unconditionally, which has been working fine until FFmpeg 3.2.
