Comment:

 Fixed in 1f26a231bb065276cd80ce02957c759f3197edfa.

 (Note that the implementation currently defaults to the software encoder
 in the media SDK for compatibility reasons; add "-load_plugin hevc_hw" to
 use the hardware encoder.)
