I'd be happy to, but I do want to make sure I understand properly what the
constraints are; I wouldn't want to publish wrong information there.

What is the definition of "raw format"? I presume it means without some
sort of container (but not without any periodic headers), but I'm not sure
how to tell what kind of format is a raw format and what isn't. Just
saying "raw format" in the wiki isn't necessarily going to help a user
determine whether their .MP4 file is a "raw format" or not.
