 Thanks for your help cehoyos. I think I uploaded the wrong intro file. The
 file I uploaded was a re-encoded version I was playing around with while
 trying to get this to work. The original file is also using bitrate 5000,
 and it has the same issue. It is too large to attach here, so I'll post a
 link to the file on S3: https://s3.amazonaws.com/dev-congo/intro.mp4

 By the way, is there an easy way to look up the bitrate settings with
 ffprobe? I couldn't seem to find it there, I ended up using mediainfo
 instead.

 Perhaps a note should be added to the wiki regarding the restrictions on
 the concat demuxer? It says that the demuxer is "more flexible", and the
 concat protocol is for old versions of ffmpeg.
